Sonia Ketchian as co-minister of UUCP beginning August 1st.<br class="">There is an old saying: "We make plans and God (or the Universe if you prefer) laughs."<br class="">While the COVID-19 is no laughing matter, the Universe did change the plans Lisa and I had made. But in doing so, I believe it opened up an opportunity for us not only to remain together as a congregation during this crisis through Zoom services and discussions, but also to grow our congregation.Consider how many people who might otherwise not have visited us are now able to join us in our Sunday Zoom services and various discussions.<br class="">Sonia brings her warmth, her love, her talents, and her vision to our congregation, and I'm looking forward, as I know you all are, to collaborating with her as we navigate these uncharted waters and grow our congregation.<br class="">If you haven't already, please send her a warm welcome and your congratulations.<br class="">Peace and LIght,<br class="">Rev.
