[UUCP] Additional information regarding making coffee for Sunday Services.

1.       The coffee pot leaks.  You need to put a dish or aluminum pie pan
under the pot.  The water will drip for a while but it does NOT affect the
taste of the coffee-

Suggested ratio  18 cups of water to 1 and1/2 cup coffee

                             24 cups water to  2 cups coffee

Use a paper coffee cup as a measure.   

You will find most of the coffee items in the office of the executive in the
back of the hall on the first floor.  The remaining items including coffee
will be found in the grey cabinet in the dining room.  The screens and the
poles are on the right or left of the grey cabinet.  The outdoor sign may be
on the top of the cabinet.  In addition;

2.       The coffee supply cart has been totally refurbished and to keep it
in good shape it should be pulled over the uneven door jams not pushed or
just lift it over the door jams and uneven floors.  That makes less pressure
on the seams.
