Hello everyone,
I don't know about you, but I'm finding it a little more difficult to focus
and to meditate these days. And, even though I was already an insomniac, is
a little less restful these days and punctuated with weird dreams.
I've listened to this chant a number of times and always find that it helps
me to calm down, relax, and focus. You can read along on the screen as
Thich Nhat Hahn speaks or you can just close your eyes and listen. The
chanting is by one of Thich Nhat Hahn's disciples, Brother Phap Niem, and
the Plum Village Monastery.
If you find yourself feeling anxious, depressed, sad, worried, bored, or
even if everything seems to be alright, this is an excellent meditation.
I'd like to know your thoughts.
There is about 2 minutes of music at the beginning and music interspersed
throughout. Altogether it s about 7 minutes long.

Peace and Light,
Rev.Paul
p.s. I found that using headphones works best for me so other sounds are
kept to a minimum.
