During last Sundays service, we explored a story where I and another person were both, in a sense“ Trapped”.  In closing we left off considering these questions:
How might you/we be trapped? What are you trapped in?  How does it make you feel? Is there something you can shift, do or think differently to release yourself?  
Join us for this conscious conversation as we discuss our past or present experiences of finding our way to freedom.
