TOPIC:  Creating a Spiritual Practice
Date: Thurs. May 6th 7-8 PM
 
Have you ever had the desire to create a spiritual practice, but were not quite sure where to start or how to sustain it?  
Join us this Thursday as we explore just how to do that.  Whether you're religious, spiritual, atheist or agnostic, personal practices help ground us. They could be based on meditation, prayer, gratitude, reading inspirational text, chanting or movement. The possibilities are endless and the results may be a profound. If you currently have a practice, please join us and share yours.
