Join us for this week's Conscious Conversation with Rev. Sonia 
TOPIC: Creating Spiritual Practices - Part 2

Spirituality might be described as recognizing and embracing the inter-connection we know as human beings that's grounded in love and compassion. 
Religion or a belief in a higher power is not required. The only requirement is the ability to recognize the inextricable connection we share. 
Spiritual practices offer us tools to experience more peace within and around ourselves and ultimately help us to to remember who we truly are. 

Join us this Thursday we dive deeper into our exploration into creating spiritual practices and the many forms they may take.
