[UUCP] UU Outreach Auction Begins Soon

The Virtual UU Outreach Auction of Bergen County begins Saturday December 3rd, at 7:00 PM and runs until Saturday December 10th at 7:00 pm.  Each year, UUCP partners in this auction with Central Unitarian Church in Paramus.  Since its inception, we have successfully raised over $700,000 for local charities.  100% of the proceeds go to the selected charities. This year we will be raising money for: Bergen County LGBTQ+ Alliance, Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative, Center for Food Action, Community Meals, Family Promise and YCS (Holly Childcare and Development Center). With the economy unsure, these charities need your help more than ever.

During the next two weeks, we are looking for donations of new/unused items or themed baskets that you would want to buy with a value of at least $50. Please contact Jonathan King if you would like more info, or have something to donate. A special email address for this purpose has been set up, and is uuoutreachauction at icloud.com.


We will be sending out instructions soon how to register and bid.  Please participate and bid generously.  Please note that you can either bid on individual items, or donate directly to the charities through the auction website.
