Yom Kipper is known as the day of Atonement. Before this day, it is
customary to reflect on our relationship with the Divine as well as our
fellow humans, and ask forgiveness for the harm that we have caused,
intentionally or unintentionally.

Today, we will explore how we sometimes hurt ourselves, and the subtle ways
we might make amends.
