*UUCP/Christie Street Project Food Drive Is A Big Success!*

Susan Feltman: "A big "thank you" to everyone who donated to the food
drive!  It was a great success.  We collected enough food to fill up the
trunk of my car and the back seat, bags and more bags of cereal, rice,
pancake mix (and yes, syrup, too), tuna, chunky soups, pasta, vegetables,
fruit juice, raisins, peanut butter, jelly, coffee, tea, diapers and
wipes.  Karl from the food pantry at St. Cecilia's wants everyone to know
how grateful he is for our donations.  They are still serving around 1,000
families per week.  When I was there dropping off the food, the line of
people waiting for food was out to the street."
